Sales Manager Software (m/f/d)

As a sales specialist, you will be responsible for building up and expanding sales of software solutions, initially
The main focus of our optimization activities is on packaging and cutting problems that occur in the
Fraunhofer Institute SCAI to be developed. You can find more information about such software solutions here.

Your tasks

  • Planning and design of the sales strategy, market cultivation and analysis, development of new
    fields of application and customer groups worldwide.
  • Active and structured acquisition of new customers, independently and in a team.
  • Sales of software solutions including proposal preparation, order processing, key account management.
  • Consulting regarding the applicability and integration of our software products in industrial
    Software systems.
  • Extended “first level support” with support for customers in typical application questions.
  • Participate in product development planning, query and reflect back user requirements.

Your profile

  • Completed studies with a software-technical focus or with a sales focus and
    later specialization in the software sector or completion of comparable vocational training.
  • Several years of successful sales experience with technical software.
  • High level of initiative, team spirit, self-motivation and strong communication skills.
  • Good IT knowledge and experience in communicating with IT experts regarding integration of
    software products into industrial software systems.
  • Very good software technical understanding with a high ability to get involved in the functionality of complex
  • Very good German and English language skills.
