Office management assistant in the area of sales support and administration (m/f/d)
Starting date: immediately or by agreement. Working hours: full-time or part-time.
Your tasks:
Sales support tasks:
- Recording, checking and processing quotations and invoices, maintaining customer data in the internal CRM system
- Maintenance, updating and management of commercial master data, quotations, orders, invoices and contract data in external supplier portals
- Correspondence with contractual partners regarding the provision of software licenses and sales reports
Administration tasks:
- General office and administrative work
- Telephone and (mainly) written e-mail correspondence with customers and business partners
Your profile
- Completed commercial training (e.g. as an office management assistant) or comparable qualification (degree)
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Structured and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Organizational skills and ability to work in a team
- Good written and spoken German
- Good knowledge of English
